The Anaam Cooperative Society for Livestock and Fish Resources in the Medina Region was established under license from the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (No. 10114) dated 2-11-1444 AH. The Medina Region, a major source of livestock and fisheries resources, has been recognized for its strategic location in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Society seeks to develop the livestock and fisheries sector in the region, increase local production, train and enhance the quality of workers in the livestock and fisheries sector, contribute to achieving food security, create a database for workers in this sector, and establish partnerships with the public and private sectors. This is in line with the goals of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030: an ambitious nation and a prosperous economy.
