About the Sheep Care Service:

The anaam Cooperative Society for Livestock Wealth seeks to find solutions to the challenges facing breeders in the governorate, including high-quality veterinary services and modern services such as standardization of sheep breeding and artificial insemination, which offer numerous benefits to breeders, including improved herd health and a higher rate of twin births, thus increasing breeders’ profits.

The society also seeks to preserve the region’s indigenous breeds through projects in cooperation with universities and scientific research centers to establish a center for the preservation of indigenous breeds.

The society also seeks to establish fixed and mobile veterinary clinics and veterinary pharmacies in areas serving breeders and close to them, reaching them throughout the governorate, to provide healthy and safe sheep care.

The society also seeks to educate and train breeders on modern methods, including intensive breeding and selection of species and breeds.
